Happy Mardi Gras!
In celebration of Mardi Gras, I made red beans and rice for dinner and beignets for dessert. Beignets are a huge mess to make, but so very worth it. I thought Max would enjoy this special treat, but he really wasn't interested in them. Sometimes I wonder if he has any of my DNA...

OMG I think I see a little bit of Drake in this last photo! I have been wondering about the DNA mix, also. :-)
