It's Skyline Time!

We headed to Ohio this weekend to visit with friends and family. Max got to spend one night with Jeff's parents and one night with my parents- what a lucky little boy! Our first stop in Cincinnati was to introduce Max to Skyline Chili. He got a two-way (spaghetti noodles and cheese) and loved it!

Messy, Messy!

Last week I made stuffed shells and Max loved them. He doesn't like to be fed and would much rather handle his food all by himself. He also had cherries for dessert which added to the wonderful mess. Pictures like these are a childhood requirement, right?

Afternoon at the Park

On Sunday afternoon Jeff and I took Max and Maggie to Percy Warner Park. It was a very hot and humid day so Maggie loved playing in the river that runs through the park. Max couldn't resist putting his feet in either!

Beach Bum

It has taken me awhile to go through all of the pictures and videos from our vacation. I found this video of Max playing in the ocean. He loved crawling around in the surf and splashing in the water when the tide came in. At times he would crawl at full speed straight into the ocean. He had no fear!

Family Vacation

Folly Beach, Charleston, South Carolina

Last week we had the pleasure of vacationing with my parents, brothers, and Rana at a beautiful oceanfront house in Charleston, South Carolina. It doesn't happen very often that all of us can be together at the same time, so it was a fun time. During the trip Max turned 1 and Jeff and I celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary. Max loved spending time with Nana and Papa and his aunt and uncles. Jeff and I loved having babysitters so we could enjoy a night out and time on the beach!
